Holly Howe is the founder of makesauerkraut.com, a website dedicated to helping people to discover the delicious, gut-healing world of fermented foods.

She is the author of the Fermentation Made Easy! Mouthwatering Sauerkraut cookbook, and the creator of the popular online program Ferment Like a Pro!, which has been used by hundreds of fermentation students.

Holly is a former grade school teacher turned fermentation educator, and she has been teaching and perfecting the art of fermentation since 2002.
